Handoff gap

In one sentenceA handoff gap is the moment when one part of a landscape job changes but the next person does not get the right context. It can happen between sales and estimating, designer and site lead, supplier and coordinator, office and crew, or owner and customer.

Most landscape admin leaks are handoff gaps. A site note is in one thread, the quote is in another, the supplier substitute is verbal, and the crew sees the change too late.

Lode closes handoff gaps by preparing the next artifact or action from the available context: a customer update, crew note, supplier request, proposal reminder, or job record summary.

The operator still decides what is correct. Lode makes the handoff visible and ready to review.
